Classically trained musician, teacher, performer, and recording artist. Accomplished in a wide range of musical styles, from rock and pop to classical music. Over sixteen years experience teaching instrumental and general music to students of all skill levels, from beginning to advanced, in private studios and public schools. Palo Alto School District, Palo Alto, CA

Designed and implemented lesson plans for over 900 students weekly, grades K-3, in district-wide Traveling Music program. Focused on reading, writing, playing and singing. Enhanced learning with Orff instruments and solfege. Emphasized music and movement. Created developmentally appropriate activities for 5 to 8 year-olds and adapted curriculum for special-needs students.
